Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened perfumes cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used perfume bottles
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your order number and clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer:

A refund, depending on availability and your preference
